My very last job at Leroy + Clarkson after more than 5 great years was a series of teaser spots for the launch of AMC’s new spinoff FEAR THE WALKING DEAD. We came up with a bunch of LA scenarios that would just hint at a city on the brink of the zombie apocalypse. The spots were developed by myself, Rachel Yoo, Marcelo Cardoso, and Daniel Fries. Daniel directed, with Adam Santelli as DP. Chris Harmon lead the post, which took place after my departure. Abbe Daniels ran the show. I also wrote the tagline FEAR BEGINS HERE. I’ve only seen the pilot, but the show looks half decent, and I’m a sucker for anything zombie, so why not?
