MIX NOTES
This is a instrumental techy mix I made during the 6 weeks where I was weirdly obsessed with interval training LMAO. When you interval train on a bike, you do 2.5 minutes sitting and peddling normally, then 2.5 minutes standing and peddling as fast as you can. Sounds dumb? It is. But if you want to lose weight, it works. I had a bunch of harder techno-ish tracks that had been collecting dust, so I figured: why not put them to work. I put them all in one mix, mixing them in at roughly 2.5 minutes each, and the tempo gets progressively faster throughout. I played this mix non-stop as I sweated my way around the loop at Prospect Park for weeks and weeks. Good, sweaty times. If you like your house music fast and techy with no vocals, this might be for you.
